Unlike some, I don’t think the current board would believe that have done anything to deliberately damage PAA, but that is not to say it hasn’t happened or that they haven’t made mistakes or that they would do everything the same.

I have met all board members and tbh, they are good people.

So I won’t attack any of the individuals because individually, I actually like them.

Today I find myself looking for the best way forward. That’s it. Noting more and nothing less.

My take on that is some solid board rejuvenation is required with fresh energy and clarity in strategic and commercial direction.

Further, I am also satisfied that MT would return and would be best placed to drive shareholder value - in an environment that was suitably constructed to enable outcomes and equally balances performance with demonstrable confidence to shareholders that he will see it through. This also goes for the BoD, not just the CEO!

Cohesive and focused team that are in it for the journey and supporting each other, challenging constructively, ethical, thinking strategically, professional, clear in message (and frequent too), driven by shareholder interests and generation of SH value, with integrity and with conviction to making MPL one of the most highly prized drugs of modern times.

Change is one of the hardest things but change is also inevitable and sometimes essential.
