It should be...but I think considering speculative activity is weak in general right now due to the state of the economy globally it presents oppertunities for prices being kept down on things. There might be a shred of truth to the original poster's claims, or there might not be but we will find out soon if this gets held down in a range over the next few months.
I'm not rushing to add more because I'm inclined to think I'll get more chances. If not, I still have plenty.
