been contemplating why SP is currently 21% lower than recent raising price and why stock is so illiquid for a stock with 1.9 billion shares and i keep coming back to corporate activity.
Rok Optel 2 was completed on 1/9 and we haven't heard diddly squat since. is management currently in talks with outside suitors?? results should have been released by now??
SP has clearly been kept low, and it doesnt appear as if this is to accumulate shares as there has just been no turnover.
is SP being kept low to support a ridiculously low takeover offer. as mentioned previously had heard of at least 2 companies viewing drill results but you can take that for a pinch of salt until any concrete news received.
if this scenario is true looks like Tembo Capital and Denis Waddell will have a huge say in whether any takeover offer is accepted.
of course this is all speculation due to manipulation of SP and the complete drying up of info on Rok Optel.
