Looks like Mitsui has made the right move.
I don't think this stock is dead yet, but without cRUX the SP will surely take a dive.
Although the resignation of Peter Thomas is a bit suss, I hope the management can get the best deal with asset sale, debt raising and resolves contract commitment issue, hopefully will act as a parachutes when the market opens. Feel sorry for NXS holder, I've been there a couple of times, Be brave.
