I feel a Baraka coming on. Not enough cash to meet the committments, and then after they divested a bonanza for the buyer, and the company left alive, breathing, but unable to move.
I'll bet the execs & directors all have their escape plans, cleaned out the company grog cabinet and have maxxed out their company credit cards on flights to anywhere that doesn't have an extradition treaty.
One very unhappy shareholder.
