The Shares are being issued in two tranches valued at $60,000 each, based on a 5% discount to the 14-day VWAP at the time. The first tranche will be issued at $0.03225 per Share, based on the 14-day VWAP at 22 April 2025. The second tranche will be calculated based on the 14-day VWAP at 22 October 2025.
If valued at 60k, the price per share of 3,720,800 shares would be .016123. Am I looking at this wrong?
