I notice that in the MCO website corporate blog the first line states that: "This blog is designed for exchange of information purposes only". There are five comments to the most recent entry, "Interactive 2011 Annual Report". Two of the comments are from posters venting their frustration and perhaps are not looking for a response from MCO. However, the other three are from posters politely requesting information. None of these have received a reply. These requests should at the very least have received a courteous acknowledgement even if MCO is unwilling to "exchange information". Nick Garling has frequently stated over the last couple of years that he would improve company PR and increase the amount of information released to the market. This has not happened. I still think that NG is a smart operator and certainly a good salesman, but his failure to follow up on undertakings is reflecting poorly on him.
