Increase in management wages for a now loss making company, Jacob is too soft IMO.
Sarinder needs to go, fletcher needs to go and so does the cfo. All have failed.
they have increased borrowings (doubled) but no mention to market of this.
it is a shambles. The capital raise to complete the graphite works has been gobbled up by operating(management wages)… that is why it is not completed because there is not enough money left to pay for it
no mention of the protest regarding late payment in South Africa in the audit report….
$7m loss for skaland, as I said shut it down and wait for it to become economic to mine…
how much did Peter get paid out??? Who running the graphite now?
is it going to list? What is happening? All stopped?
how much has been spent on advisers or legal costs?
