The 80 mil shares were payment to a lender. A loan converted to equity and made available for them to sell. The 100 shares at 7c each is just an admin tidy. Its essentially a share raising for $7.00 total. It doesn't mean anything. By my dodgy calculations the 80 mil conversion dilutes the share price by .002
