It is difficult, but not impossible, for shareholders to tackle the corporate governance issues at CDM.
The share price is at a large discount to NTA, there is no path to recovery. It is in the interests of shareholders that it be wound up. That is not in Karl's interests. Someone needs to negotiate with Karl.
Who should shareholders ask to tackle this issue?
The CEO? Thats Karl.
The Chairman? Thats Karl.
The largest shareholder? Thats Karl.
The manager? Karl owns it.
The audit committee? Two people including Karl.
I wonder who selected and appointed the independent directors?
