Your are correct. As at 22 Mar 2019, Cadence and it’s entities still holds 17.85% of ARQ ! That makes it even worse ! And would appear to be contrary to Karl’s grand plan to scale out of stocks in 3 increments. I wonder how he’s going to explain that ?
