Corporate Governance Statement

If anyone is going to the AGM this year could the following question be asked.

according to The Corporate Governance Statement it is stated on Page 4

Additionally, The Board has Implemented a policy requiring each Director to invest and maintain the equivalent of one years Directors Fees in LBT Shares.

At Present no Directors have complied.

Arkell Commenced 30 January 2019 almost 3 Years he has Zero shares
Lismore commenced 25 March 2019 he has only 203,716 shares

Both should have 400K to comply,

The two new directors should be given some time.

However if a Board cant comply with its own Corporate Governance Statement its time to ask some tough questions.
