You are absolutely right. To be honest management is over paid and to make it look good some them are taking 10-20% of salary in shares creating unneccesay dilution. Atleast, I didnt vote for this management. I have had enough of BB's stupid webinars taking about same stuff. Never answeres anything clearly about sales...doesnt know what sales target means and never gives any targets to anyone else including distributors. Cant wait to see news one day that these guys are gone.
