and that's the point....
Rather than behaving honestly and taking over the company (which is what they have de facto already done), they make a mockery of ASX, us, and the Zambians by using Albidon as a front company in Africa.
The Chinese don't have a great reputation in Africa (low wages, poor corporate social conscience, etc) so they took over this company so that the PRC can masquerade as an Aussie firm.
And they're doing it with YOUR money.
The contempt they show for everyone except themselves is amazing...
and that's the point....Rather than behaving honestly and taking...
