I have another good question to ask

Ask them when the gold is poured what royalities to parties are paid. Previously they had some fixed notes and they got the first royalities to the gold, maybe there are still some around since its hard to find them in the reports or when they expired, but it would be interesting to know if there are any royalties on a gold pour. I'm too lazy to work out if they have any anymore. But SBM has some from resource captial, these can eat profit quite a bit.

I think the reason he was in Dubai previously, was to get a better gold price lol, maybe they should actually mine some gold rather then worry about a special price. Sounds like just lives there to get taxed less.
