Can anyone confirm the particulars mentioned in the attached post.

How would the extension of the trading halt effect the CR? Does it void the current CR?
Or will they tweek the Nature of the halt to relate only to the Acquisition - and release the CR announcement seperate so they can say they did not take a 5 day halt in relation to the CR?

Any thoughts?

While 708a investors getting the current CR placement is good if they are escrowed - for reasons previously mentioned in other posts, I wouldn't mind a few more cheaper shares to pump and dump when the acquisition ann is released.

It will be something south of 5 days in my view as they will not want to be burdened with the Corps Law requirement of needing to raise capital via a prospectus if they are suspended for more than 5 trading days in a year. Am hearing that whatever they are doing does incorporate some sort of capital raising at a discount to the last trading price.
