corporate moves

An interesting corporate position is forming & BRU might be in the middle.Any thoughts on this:
1.MacQ bank was heavily into BRU only ceasing to be a Sub Holder on 27 Nov 13 .The price dropped alot after that.
2.In June Apache sold many of its assets -about $2B- to Quadrant Energy.
3.MacQ bank calls the shots within Quad E.
4.Quad E has in effect just drilled the Olympic well for Bru.
5.Quad E are on the record saying they want to buy more WA gas assets.
6.Quad E ,I think, signed the contract with Alcoa to supply gas.
WOODSIDE:
1.WPL just agreed to have 15% of Browse gas retained for WA use as per the WA Govt gas retention policy.
2.Thats alot of gas and it doesn't need to come from Browse,it can be sourced from elsewhere.
3.The question is-from where?
4.WPL has no spare gas , its all contracted for Asia.
I wonder-if the fraccing succeeds -Bru might be in a good position with two possible bidders needing gas.
