still strange to work out what is going on?
Oceanic own 7.3% of the shares & 11.5% of the options, making it 8.4% fully diluted
for the options to not be out of the money, the market cap would be $42M, which is very high for a shell
so is Klaus joining for the current ARD projects? or is Klaus possibly doing a mate a favour to cause a change of ownership?
why do these folks want to control ARD?
the current resource is 75 g/t silver equivalent, which is 1 g/t gold equivalent (with silver usually having much lower recoveries)
