Thanks for the link. I especially like this passage:

"Prominent Lynas shareholders, including the chairman of online recruitment company Seek, Bob Watson, have threatened a court injunction if both Lynas and Forge do not cancel their proposed May 18 meetings. It is believed they are keen to delay the sale to drum up finance for a counterbid."

If by a decision of sheer stupidity these directors succeed in this blatant hegemonic action (directors for whom living by the pleasure principle is evidently their sole reason for being), we as a nation have no right to trumpet truth, justice, and the Australian way.

To directors everywhere, you cannot always have your cake and eat it, too.

Let the principles of natural justice run their course.
