Well...if Mount Robinson returns 250 million tonnes, we will not be thinking the $1.35 deal was a good deal (unless there are some transport benefits).
On the other hand, the $1.35 share issue may be a sign Mt Robinson is a dud.
Why would you issue shares at $1.35 if could issue them at $2.35 if Mt Robinson had a resource?
