    Resource rent///nowhere near enough for taking a away a finite resource.
    Payroll tax///yep they pay the little one.
    Investment///yep but only until the mines are built and operating.
    Employment///yep but don't forget about the heavy use of 457 visa foreign employees.
    As to your second sentence I am unaware of anyone claiming that.
