I'm quite happy with the announcement (just got back in the country).. I've been doing the numbers a bit and although it would be better to not need to raise capital before the deal is done, it doesn't loose much upside to current holders.
Hopefully more great news to come out soon and it will be very interesting to see who they are dealing with. Anyone heard any rumours?
