On the fence and probably going in on a small punt until the market/trading offers direction
- I do like the HRE idea.
- Nick Curtis will be positive. While the LYC price did go up and down in his tenure (still overall on top) traders and investors had plenty of technicals to take some profit from peaks.
- Distance from port is a risk, but it sounds like they are aware. Read a line saying they will further process closer to infrastructure.
- Prices are on breakout.
- Large SOI, but 57% tied up in T20. Still offers heaps of free float for even a modest holding.
Probably going to have a look at the 3Q 1/4rly's and go from there, I'd like to see how OCF looks for Q3 as the government rebate/return in Q2 did sque OCF and back calculating I was not able to forecast as accurate as I would like.
