best - no need for a new deed - change of names and or t'ees for the structure can be done via minutes pursuant to the deed and change of name form to the ato - not much cost involved there
general comment - the costs with regard to changing names pertains to possibly closing / re-open bank account (some banks can facilitate a name change without closing the account) and time spent changing the names on the holdings - ato and auditors are becoming very definite in this regard (ie assets held in correct name)
