The need to change ownership when a trustee dies has been on my mind since a friend described the hassles he had when his wife died - when he was least up to dealing with them. Does anyone know how difficult/expensive it is to change an existing SMSF from individual trustees to a corporate structure?
Also, does anyone know about reversionary pensions?
Is it sufficient to simply state when the pension is started that it is to be reversionary and name the beneficiary?
thanks
