Here's a curly twist MK, as I've been checking up on this area only a little bit: does the name of the trustees on the assts actually need to change, or could the Executor continue in the shoes of the deceased t/tee 'ad infinitum'?
Ordinarily, estates should be wound up as soon as practicable, as I understand it. But what about Executors continuing in their leal capacity where the estate is effectively 'bare'?
Like I said, just a curly twist that I'm not sure about but could look into, if I had the time to bother, just politely!!
