don't really know what is ur thesis in this post but the protracted negotiations with OW indicates that all is not smooth sailing with this so-called cornerstone investor. our cdu house has more than 1 corner; therefore WM's task is clear - if OW is no longer as willing to participate in new placements he should start looking around for other cornerstone investors.
