i think it would not be unreasonable for oceanwide to question why they should pay $3.80 when CDU just bought back shares at $3.20ish. It would be a great card for CDU to have up their sleeve to 'compromise' with if things broke down and grant them at a lesser price so everyone feels like they 'won' so to speak. And CDU still have buy back up their sleeves to balance things out if need be.
