The Company’s shares traded at an all-time high over A$0.40 following an Initial Public Offering of $0.20 early in Mr Mortimer’s tenure and under his direction greatly expanded the Company’s ground holdings to the north, south, east and west of the Company’s initial Jutson Rocks Project with tenement pegging and joint ventures as they became available.

They should have added that he ran the co into the ground by not following his own ann,s and plans but decided to fly around the world wasting sh money and diluting there share holding massively.
