I do appreciate your efforts.
I also have a slightly different view. I do believe that whilst it's slowly coming together (MET, DFS & Finance) it will be the finance that really turns the SP around. Although slowness hasn't helped, I think that the market realises that the capex is a huge asks and even with good numbers proving viability it's not going to be easy getting a great deal over the line.
So hence my feeling is if the finance can be set, the SP will return to a value we all believe is due.
Sharing costs with the neighbour is a good idea but then the time lines need to align so as they have a way of covering the costs at the same time or one or the other will be sitting waiting when speed is of the essence.
There still maybe a way to make something work, but it still could mean the front runner carries the cost then some deal struck when the others ready to play/pay. (Gas pipeline etc)
I liked your thoughts on using a combination off take agreement/s and bank finance to soften the large start up capex.
Will be interesting to finally hear what is going to get us to mine.

Hope my thoughts are at least entertaining to you as I have no degree in science or engineering, so not the smartest tool in the shed.
