Corporate UpdateMallee Resources Limited (“Mallee” or “the Company”) advises thatthe Company is in advanced discussions with a potential financier toprovide a fulsome refinancing of Mallee’s debt facilities and amaterial cash injection. Details will be provided upon completion ofbinding arrangements.
The Company’s largest shareholder Hartree Partners (“Hartree”) hasagreed to extend the existing standstill arrangement, which allowsfor the deferred payment of loan principal and interest payments, to27 August 2023 to allow time for further discussions with thepotential financier to occur.
The Company also confirms that the second tranche of theplacement referred to in the media releases dated 1 August and 7August 2023 has now been completed. A total of 497,119,842ordinary shares are now on issue
