Personally the most troublesome thing I have read here came from someone claiming to work there.
He basically said, too many chiefs, not enough Indians!
I well remember watching a tree feller in Tasmania being told by a university trained forestry tas employee dick that he was felling thus tree incorrectly. He handed him the saw and told him to do it and walked away. The forestry guy asked where he was going and he said ' oh, to call the ambulance but not a rush job, it'll just be a body retrieval!'
Sounds a bit like what he was more than hinting at!
