Apart from the understandable deep distrust of JL, its better to see what’s in the deal before drawing any conclusions, isn’t it?
We don’t know whether there are any shares involved or any more dilution at all, possibly its simply refinancing Hartree debt for new debt. It doesn’t sound like Hartree are involved, that’s the point of refinancing, to get out of their choke hold.
