I'm not close to the machinations of this cluster**k but Summers already has his seat on the board, and IMO, it's more to protect his 6.67% (possibly diluted since the last AR), and I don't think he is the financier with whom negotiations are taking place.
He already has history with this mine, being one of the sellers to MALLEE, so I guess he would be royally peeved if lightning strikes him twice
