There is nothing that can be done that is not already being done to expedite the results from this well.
Those who are expressing discontent do not understand the process nor the difficulties in this field and management cannot ... I repeat cannot .... announce plans for the future development of this well or in fact this field until the results of the flow rates are known and analysed and the 3D seismic is completed and analysed.

You may perceive that you have been patient to date and you have but the well is demanding that you be more patient.
It is not management which is causing this holdup.
