HUGE VOLUMES - WHO IS BUYING?...I KNOW

Huge volumes going through....my broker system via Pulse+ tells me in the period 1/8 - 27/8.. Note this does not include the volumes on 28,29,30 August...will get access to that by broker T+3.

eTrade net 23.4million traded...largely retail
Westpac net 18.2million....corporate
Comsec net 13.7m....retail
Ausinv 12.5m...corporate
Morsec 2.46m....corporate
DJCarP 1.6m...corporate
ABN Amro and others 2m.

Hmmmmm how to work out enterprise value? Easier with resource stocks, inground value times commodity price discount by 90% to give a rough estimate.

Questions:
1. How much demand is there for a produt like this? ENORMOUS..drug testing is a BIG ISSUE in corporate, government, military, schools.

2. Where is the largest market? The US, Central and South America.

3. Which is the closest market to the US? Mexico.

4. Are they in that market? Yes, just gained access.

5. Are they likely to get approvals for the US market? High likelyhood.

Enterprise Value.....not a clue...

Potential....FRIGGIN ENORMOUS!!!!!

Reminds me of:

COH Cochlear...remember hearing aids?
ANS Ansell....remember condoms and rubber medical products?
CSL ....blood products?

All unique applications, big markets, few competitors of note.

Looking at the share trades...individual blocks of 500000-700000 shares in one hit, tells me an insto is involved in buying. Will know the brokers by Tuesday for this weeks trades.
