My understanding is that the company sees the offer as 0.85 cents per share. Perhaps we can clarify this at tomorrow's meeting. I'd imagine the new "players" will be there trying to throw a spanner in the works.

IMO the company would appreciate some shareholder support tomorrow so they can concentrate on what counts, and not arguing with people who are only interested in themselves and lining their own pockets.

I will fully support the current management and the plans they have in place for the next 6 months. IMO all shareholders will benefit from this.
