Ferrari, you are also correct as it equates to 1.7 this is how it is

13 PDY = 1 FEL =10c
1 PDY =10/13= .07

plus 1c which they will pay POST takeover so

we get 1.7c

My take on this is when we have an offer from chinese investor of 3.5cps then this is not viable. Should be rejected without any consideration.

And good pick up obdc about the cash on hand with FEL they obviously have desparate attempt when they dont have funds with them.

One thing for sure now market should really take the price where it belongs may be into 3c
