Announcement states:
'Company has identified historic mineralisation estimates which are non-JORC compliant, the Directors believe that this information is material and have commenced through its wholly owned Namibian subsidiary, Reptile Uranium Namibia (Pty) Ltd (RUN), an Environmental Impact Assessment and Management Plan for submission to the Ministry of Environment and Tourism to allow physical access to the EPL and JORC resource evaluation of the historic exploration data.'
Wasn't the land they are currently drilling also non-JORC compliant yet they released the mineral estimates for that.
Without being 2 knowledgable on this whole situation it sounds to me that DYL may have something significant here, but don't wish to spark the market with non-compliant information ...... hence their discussions with ASX.
My interpretation could be very very wrong .......
