Correct me if i am wrong, but shares were offered at 20 cents in the prospectus to raise $4.4 mill with the issue of 22 mill shares. 16 cents was only offered to Andew Bell and a few of his mates. With share price now trading at 12 cents anyone who subscribed for the recent share purchase offer is currenly well under water on their investment.
