Your numbers aren't bad, but some people may prefer to wait until the mine is confirmed operational before investing. Which is potentially why the mcap is still so low relative to the gold reserves available. It's still speculative until the profits start flowing.

However others, like myself, prefer to take a bit more risk to chip in earlier for higher profits if all goes to plan.
