ZYLotech has outsmarted the QTK raiders with the SPP and its commitment proven by the SPP oversubscription by its shareholders. However, listing rules are listing rules and CAN NOT be broken.; There were only 30% SPP shares allowed and as blade___ said, 'early bird gets the worm'.
Many smart people who may have missed out on the SPP are buying today and I suspect tomorrow on market (marginally over the SPP offer) and will soon make a killing on this stock.
Don't just sit there and cry because there were not enough SPP shares allowed for everyone and you've missed out. Do something, the next best thing (just like blade___).
