1. the phase 2B equipment has never been used in the context of a gas plant (please don’t question me on this unless you have considered Maxwells own statements on this specific issue from previous updates).
2. COE has no track record of successfully implementing improvement to a gas plant. This lack of management track record is a big concern to me when people start talking about a 3rd absorber.
I’ve said it before and will say again - just run the bloody thing as is and get some cash in the door before implementing grand plans relating to output levels. Prove you can make a dollar then use that equity to apply improvements. Not the other way around.
