You comment:

I am questioning that statement, because I have not read or heard that comment from Maxwell.
You may well be right - but I do not recall him saying that. Perhaps you could point us all to the updates to which you refer?

Again, I do not agree with that statement.

What about Athena???
COE & Mitsui JV (with COE as Operator) had to conduct major work to configure the Athena gas plant to handle CH gas. Athena was in limited production at the time of acquisition - I recall it was only producing about 10tj/d.
