If Nickel pig iron (a substitute for Nickel) is favoured by the chinese because it is cheaper to produce, is the price of real nickel attractive at current levels? I say YES.
If the price of nickel has dropped, Doesn't that mean that it's less attractive to use Nickel Pig Iron? I say YES.
Would the current nickel price make the chinese companies producing Nickel Pig Iron less viable because they haven't got the capacity to produce it at lower cost per tonne? I say YES.
I would think that all of the above is favourable for MRE and the SP.
If you disagree or would like to add to the above, I would like you to reply please. Thanks guys.
