Have there been a number of the buyers that were sitting at .003 now moved bids up to .004?
Certainly seems to be the case butt I do not know for sure.
I suspect that the 20mil odd that are now for sale at .005 will have a large bite taken from them very soon, assuming that the Chinese are looking to build further on their position and reach the 19.9% ceiling before announcing something................??
