fastbuck, you're right at a very basic level. As the above posters have mentioned, total costs are more around $500/oz level and then you need to subtract taxes. Capex has only been spent to take the Co0 mine to 200kozpa, and there's a few mil more capex spend required to finish the upgrade.

But still a massive $800/oz net profit expected next year from 200koz, so a nice $175mil ozzie dollars coming in next year for a company that's valued at $300mil ozzie dollars. It's insane and the selling is coming from retarded overleveraged funds that are getting redemptions from left right and center from clients who don't even know what companies the fund holds... Just a purely sentiment and fear driven collapse in share price.
