I agree with you, and they have been punished, as have the other banks.whether its a moral issue or not ,is what seems to worry you,if they have broken the law, they will be punished.I'm sure they havent done a Heather Mills and gone into this blindfolded.The point I was trying to make ,was that ANZ will recover as will most of the other banks, whatever the legal outcome.
