Yasoooo, these words were a prohibition only to the Israelite nation given during their trek through the wilderness. Pigs were riddled with worms in that region.

The Mosaic Law prohibitions were cancelled following the sacrificial death of Jesus. Mankind was to return to the broad direction given to Noah.
