the Father is in me and I am in the Father.”

This makes zero difference in relation to claiming Jesus is God, because of these few words and what they mean.
Or grounds for them thinking this.

If I accept and abide in the word of God, then I can say I am in the Father and the Father is in me (1:1...........and God was the Word).
I could also say this about Jesus, in each other (much to your horror tongue.png)

Repeat -> And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

If I accept all that your about, walk in your shoes so to speak, I could say you are in me.
